Adore listening to your words with the sounds of the birds behind you... and I love this contemplation too. I’ve leaned into rhythms over routines and it feels so much more gentle and malleable amongst the unpredictable nature of Mothering! I need them to feel grounded and yet also crave fluidity. Thank you for the reflections to ponder xxx

Beautiful, Stacey, thank you! Listen to you speak with the crows saying good morning in the background made my day. So peaceful! For me, having a plan or structure is what I need to avoid overwhelm. I like to build a lot of flexibility into it, but I need the framework to be there. Like you mentioned, decision fatigue is a real thing and I find I often make terrible decisions if I'm already overwhelmed. Thank you for this lovely reminder. I'm going to embrace this heron medicine with a full heart.
